Composer Christopher Tin’s Grammy-winning Calling All Dawns (2009) explores life, death and rebirth through a song cycle in 12 different languages.   

In his interview with NewsChina, Tin shared how cultures, philosophies and religions around the world have inspired his creativity, and the highlights of working with so many artists from different countries.  

Tin recently conducted a performance of Calling All Dawns at Carnegie Hall.
