By NewsChina Updated Mar.1

A number of world leading politicians, philosophers, econo- mists and policymakers shared their views on how to address the political, economic and social instability which will be aggravated by the lingering Covid-19 pandemic around the world in 2022. Jin Keyu, associate professor of London School of Economics and Political Science, writes that China is trying to both further open its market and tighten market regula- tion in pursuit of common prosperity. She believes that China should continue its “climate diplomacy” by cooperating with developed economies and helping other developing econo- mies with their net zero-oriented growth. Professor Jeffrey Sachs at Columbia University warns against the political cor- ruption in the US which is caused by “corporate lobbying and campaign financing by the rich.”
